Waplix Terms of Service

Welcome to Waplix. By accessing or using our websites, developer dashboard, instance node hosting APIs, or collaborative Shared Inbox tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our services.

Waplix reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated revision date. Your continued utilization of our endpoints after updates constitutes acceptance of the new legal framework.

Waplix provides virtual device routing nodes, RESTful HTTP APIs, webhooks notification relays, and browser-session scanning utilities that allow businesses to link their existing WhatsApp accounts to automated software protocols.

Our service operates as a session pairing bridge. Waplix does not claim official affiliation or solution partnership status with Meta Inc. or WhatsApp LLC. Our Direct Node engine connects client numbers through device scan sync frameworks, which run independently of official Meta Cloud server registration pathways.

To maintain stability, Waplix allocates dedicated server resources to your instances, dynamically checking connectivity state and queuing message lists in accordance with subscription tiers.

To trigger API calls, you must create a developer account and generate secure instance keys. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API secret keys, and QR pairing codes from unauthorized exposure.

Waplix engineering teams will never request your secret API keys. Any developer action executed through your registered keys will be legally attributed to your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any compromise to key credentials.

Waplix is built for consensual customer alerts, transaction updates, support responses, and requested broadcasts. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against spamming, bulk message abuse, and unsolicited promotional campaigns.

You agree to only dispatch messages to users who have explicitly opted in to receive communication from your business. Sending unsolicited templates or spam broadcasts will result in immediate, non-refundable account termination.

Waplix employs automated rate monitoring. Our queuing engines dynamically stagger outgoing messages (adding 1-3 seconds delays) to conform to safe sending boundaries. Bypassing rate-limiting middleware through concurrent multi-instance script loops is strictly prohibited.

Waplix operates on flat-rate monthly or annual subscription plans. You pay only the subscription rate of your plan; Waplix does not charge variable per-message template fees or per-conversation markup rates.

Billing cycles auto-renew on your signup anniversary. You can cancel your subscription anytime via the billing console. Cancelations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Because Waplix provisions dedicated hosting servers and network nodes immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for active billing cycles. Free trials are provided to verify compatibility prior to purchase.

Waplix services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. Waplix relies on WhatsApp Web device sync frameworks. Meta Inc. may update security patches, web protocols, or session limits at any time without warning.

Waplix is not liable for device disconnections, temporary session logouts, message delivery delays caused by phone network outages, or phone number blocks imposed by WhatsApp security systems due to spam compliance flags.

Under no circumstances shall Waplix be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business disruption) arising from platform utilization or downtime.

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from platform utilization shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Waplix operations reside, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.
